Who We Are
Need Street Food was established 2018 with one goal: to make food that looks good, tastes good, and does good. To date, we’ve shipped 211,000 packets of life-saving food to programmes treating malnutrition worldwide!
We travel around the UK serving our dishes. From street food pop-ups and weddings, through to corporate events and UK large-scale festivals.
In 2019, we graduated from London-based KERB’s InKERBator program to serve among London’s elite street food outfits — we’ve even managed to win some awards along the way, including a British Street Food Award.
When we’re not out on the road, we have a seven-day-a-week operation serving a full menu at The Merchant House in Southsea, Hampshire.
Finally, we’re fully-insured and have a 5-star hygiene rating, so you know you’re in safe hands.
What We Do
We specialise in comfort food, from Smash Burgers and Loaded Fries through to Pork Gyros and French Dip Sandwiches.
Veggie/Vegan Dietary requirements catered for.

Our Set-Up
Outdoors: usually, we operate out of out 3 metre by 3 metre marquee. We can be powered by gas and/or electric. Guests are free to come up, chat, see what we’re cooking, and get their food fix.
Indoors: from time to time, we have be known to set up indoor serving stations to serve guests.
Venue Kitchens: we’re also well versed in using venue kitchens to get flavour party started.
How do we price our events?
Menu price per head + staff + travel + any rental equipment
Minimum Booking fee of £1,000.00
All prices exclusive of VAT
No hidden charges
30% deposit to confirm booking; payment in full 28 days ahead of event
